The new duplex on Nolan Way, off of Summit Road in Northeast Harbor, will feature a 1,564 sq. ft. 3-bedroom home, and a 1,274 sq. ft. 2-bedroom home, each two stories tall, featuring full basements, attached by an adjoining wall between the two mudrooms. We are working with Showcase Homes of Maine in Brewer to manage the modular construction.

A ground breaking celebration was held in June, 2025. Site work began immediately and foundation work was in-progress throughout the month of August. As of the end of October, the modules have been delivered and set. Assembly, connection to water and sewer, installation of all electric HVAC systems, and finish work will continue in the coming weeks.

Ownership will be intended for year-round, median-income residents, who are able to secure bank financing. There will be eligibility criteria for prospective homeowners with income caps tied to Maine state household median income levels, requirements that the homes be primary, year-round residences, and that any future sale of the properties be made only to other such eligible households.
